Client needed to re-position themselves to serve competitive health care organizations that are not members of either alliance, as well as non-health care markets.
Design a brand which would convey the essence of what they do for the members they serve which helps health care providers manage supply costs and pinpoint savings.
The brand is a household name throughout the healthcare industry.
In 2010, VHA, UHC and Provista members used Novation and alliance contracts to purchase approximately $40 billion in product and services.
Through its affiliations with VHA, UHC and Provista, Novation represents the largest purchasing volume in the industry with:
- $37.8 billion in annual purchases
- 40 percent of the staffed beds in the United States
- 45 percent of the nation’s admissions
- 47 percent of nation’s total surgeries
