The driving force.
In the creative services arena, it is not technology but the staff of genius that makes the magic happen. They are the innovation and the methodology for all great creative ideas. Our clients simply provide them the products and services to apply skills and talents to excel. At Propel, we also seek creative talent with distinct business skills. Thus, a delicate balance of both left and right brain is a rare find—though once in place, we soar.
While we are all highly trained and degreed specialists in what we do, no employee at Propel serves within the confines of a single role. We believe everyone is creative—and everyone contributes to client problem solving. That’s why we’re organized into cross-disciplinary teams. By bringing all of our knowledge to the forefront, our clients reap maximum output. We are also a dog-friendly workplace.

Dale Rushing is a principal partner of Propel Group, Inc. He helps Propel clients navigate the digital landscape and print marketing arenas with creative strategies that break through and reach their target audiences.
Not bragging, but he has led successful local and regional multi-media marketing programs in the fields of health care, hotels, food and beverage, financial services, consumer/retail, legal, business-to-business, education, real estate, entertainment, sports, automotive and nonprofit, as well as having senior level experience in corporate branding and publication design. (How did he do all that? With a brilliant staff, of course.)

He has served in senior level creative director positions for numerous well-respected area firms in Dallas. Cody Richardson
The Cat’s Meow
Yes it is true, Cody is a “Grand Champion” chicken raiser and proud alumnus of the FFA. Times have changed for him since the days of living in a small Texas town with one blinking light. Cody graduated from Texas State University – San Marcos with a BFA in Communication Design. Featured in “Graphis”—an international design recognition publication—and DSVC student shows throughout college, he set his eyes on the Big D since it was the place to be for advertising and design in Texas. After settling in Dallas in 2005, he planted his feet at Propel Group and has never looked back to the days of small town life.

Rob Karlovetz
Minister of Media
After a 20-plus year tirade as a “rebel without a cause,” Rob joined Propel Group and became a passionately dedicated “rebel with a cause.” Classically trained in graphic design, Rob has long been fascinated with the study and philosophy of mass media and the power of the Internet. This has led him to become a student of all things associated with the Web and Web design.
Rob is a graduate from Texas Tech University with an official BFA in Design Communications and an unofficial minor in Art History. He is happily married but freaking out about now having twin babies (a boy and a girl)!

Morgan Martin
Design-a-tron 5000
Morgan can be described with one word–hungry. This Dallas native has an insatiable appetite for all things design. After graduating with a BFA in Communication Design from Texas State University—San Marcos, he cut his teeth working in Austin before returning to Dallas in 2004. Not long after that, he pulled up a chair with the Propel Group family and has been feasting on tasty creative ever since. This student of life is constantly growing and loves to over-indulge in photography, travel, live music, the great outdoors and, of course, bacon.

Linda Scott
Chief Bean Counter / Majordomo
A Dallas native, Linda has served Propel Group for over 10 years. Better known as “GiGi” to her grandchildren, Linda has a strong “old-school” work ethic, but there’s nothing old-fashioned about Linda. Married to the love of her life, Linda travels extensively and enjoys all of her electronic gadgets, including her game console balance board. A Pisces “dreamer,” Linda is also quite capable of jumping into the creative arena now and then with chosen tag lines and product descriptions. Sahweet!
Linda wears lots of hats and won’t hesitate to send out red-stamped past due notices.
